VTB: Rostelecom-VTB JV to buy stake in ads platform MediaSniper

MOSCOW, Apr 27 (PRIME) -- Big Data Platform, a joint venture of Russia’s telecom operator Rostelecom and VTB Bank, will buy a stake in ads platform MediaSniper to develop products and services on the advertising market, the bank said on Tuesday in a statement.

“Big Data Platform, a company belonging to VTB and Rostelecom, and one of the leaders of the Russian advertising market, company MediaSniper, have signed an agreement on the preliminary terms of acquisition of a stake,” the bank said.

Big Data Platform and MediaSniper will also create joint products and services thanks to unique data and technological solutions of the platform.
